USA; Graduate Programs at Institutions of Higher Education Serving Hispanic Americans (Scholarship)

The Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE)
supports innovative grants and cooperative agreements to improve
postsecondary education. It supports reforms, innovations, and
significant improvements of postsecondary education that respond to
problems of national significance and serve as national models.

Under this priority we are particularly interested in projects that
propose innovative efforts to expand graduate level academic offerings
at colleges that enroll a significant number of Hispanic American
students.
